We’re excited to welcome Natalie to the team, our Brisbane based Executive Assistant.

Nat will often be your first point of contact, especially for our Wellways partnership. She brings a wealth of experience and a genuine, energising presence that’s already further lifting our small but mighty crew. Nat’s background in supporting executive teams and managing complex logistics means she’s not only capable but calm under pressure, exactly the kind of steady hand you want in your corner.

We’re also proud to share that Megan is now taking a more outward role.

Together, Megan and I will co-deliver the Two-Day Immersion Program for Carers and Parents of Defence members. Also, Megan is now a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) International Instructor and will be leading the charge in delivering MHFA programs to our Wellways and corporate clients. This is an important step for us, and one we’re incredibly passionate about.

MHFA is like CPR for the mind. It equips everyday leaders, colleagues, family and mates with the practical tools to recognise early signs of mental distress, respond with confidence, and guide someone toward the help they need.

This isn't about turning you into a therapist. It's about turning up as a good human when it counts. The benefit? You’re not just reducing stigma. You’re building a culture that’s proactive, not reactive. One conversation, one check-in, one human moment at a time.
